Overview: Located on the southeast side of Sandong Avenue, Huadu District. A key public-works project of Guangdong Province and one of Guangzhou priority projects. Total floor area approx. 408,000 m2, divided into 8 plots: 38 residential buildings of 12/13 floors, 2 kindergartens of 3 floors, 1 bus station of 3 floors and 1 nursing home of 6 floors. Overview: The first phase covers an area of 204.96 mu (approx. 136,643 m2) with a total floor area of 161,643 m2 and a phase-one investment of RMB 600 million; the Qiaoxing Education City plans a total investment of RMB 2 billion. Overview: Shaoguan Qianhai Life Hospital is a digital, research-oriented, comprehensive Class III Grade A hospital. Located in the core area of Furong New Town, Wujiang District, Shaoguan, it covers 161,500 m2 with a total floor area of 308,200 m2. A bulk order of smart remote-reading water meters was procured to drive an intelligent, smart-management hospital.
Client: Shaoguan Yuzhi Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Trading Co., Ltd. Project: Pipe Network Leakage Monitoring Project for Fengwan and Baitu Sections. Overview: An upgrade and reconstruction project of the pipe networks of Fengwan Town and Baitu Town in Qujiang District. To meet the government urgent upgrade needs, we provided smart metering instruments, data acquisition devices and a water-utility network monitoring system.
Client: Rongxian Youquan Water Plant. Project: Reservoir Water Metering Upgrade Project for Rongxian Youquan Water Plant. Overview: Founded on 23 November 2006, located on Xishang Street, Rongzhou Town, Rongxian, the plant is responsible for managing and treating production and domestic water as well as the supply network. Since 2021 we have had a long-term cooperation, providing smart instruments, acquisition devices and a smart-water system that integrates with government platforms.
Client: Shaoguan Qujiang District Water Supply Management Office. Project: Phase I Smart Water System Implementation for Qujiang District Water Supply Management Office. Overview: The Office is mainly responsible for supplying production and domestic water to more than 200,000 residents in the urban area and to surrounding townships and industrial-mining enterprises. As an outstanding long-term partner, we provide smart metering instruments, data acquisition devices and a comprehensive management system that integrates with the government platform for multi-dimensional management.
Client: China Construction Fourth Engineering Division Co., Ltd. Project: Greater Bay Area Green Agricultural Products Production and Supply Base. Overview: Located in Taimei Town, Boluo County, Huizhou City, Guangdong. Total investment approx. RMB 5 billion, planned land area 1,500 mu. Smart metering instruments and an environmental-monitoring management system were procured.
Client: Qingdao Haize Intelligent Information Technology Co., Ltd. Project: Boli Town Smart Community Project. Overview: Boli Town is located in the southwest of Qingdao West Coast New Area, governing 1 community and 101 administrative villages. Smart water meters, acquisition devices and an environmental-monitoring system, together with an integrated energy-management system, were procured to enable overall smart-park management, including the monitoring and control of environmental pollutant emissions.
Client: Fogang Stadium. Project: Fogang Stadium Smart Engineering. Overview: One of the sub-venues of the 2022 Guangdong Provincial Games (hosted by Qingyuan), Fogang County Stadium will be located in Longfeng New Area, covering 70,000 m2. The main stadium seats 3,000, with a secondary hall for fitness and training, plus an outdoor football pitch, 2 tennis courts and 3 volleyball courts. We supplied a power-monitoring system, an integrated energy-management system, data collectors and multiple instruments and meters.
Client: Guangbai Lianhua Mountain Hotel. Project: Smart Engineering of Guangbai Lianhua Mountain Hotel (Phase I). Overview: Located beside Guangzhou Asian Games Town, on the banks of the Lijiang River west of the AAAA Lianhua Mountain tourist area in Panyu, the hotel enjoys mountains, water, sunshine and fresh air. The hotel covers more than 70,000 m2. We supplied a power-monitoring system, an integrated energy-management system and multiple data collectors and metering instruments.
Client: Angel Yeast (Liuzhou) Co., Ltd. Project: Smart Monitoring System Retrofit for the Power Distribution Room of Liuzhou Subsidiary. Overview: Angel Yeast (Liuzhou) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Angel Yeast Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 120 million and a total investment of RMB 400 million, located in Hexi Industrial Park, Liucheng County, Liuzhou City, Guangxi. We supplied a power-monitoring system, acquisition devices and multiple sets of instrumentation equipment.
Client: Shenzhen Zhongjin Lingnan Technology Co., Ltd. Project: Smart Power Monitoring System Retrofit Project. Overview: As a subsidiary of Zhongjin Lingnan Group, Shenzhen Zhongjin Lingnan Technology operates factories and industrial parks with a strong demand for energy retrofit. While the enterprise is developing rapidly, the cost of power operation is also increasing and the requirements for power-system operation and management are becoming more stringent. To improve the quality of supply-distribution services and ensure safety, a sound power-monitoring system must be established. We supplied a power-monitoring system, data collectors and multiple instruments and meters.

Overview: The Diving Hall is located at Nanbin Road, Haojiang District, Shantou, Guangdong, and hosts swimming, diving, water polo, rugby, table tennis and other sports events of the Asian Youth Games. The project comprises the hall area, the campus area and the outdoor field area. Besides upgrading the existing swimming and diving hall, a new integrated training hall, a water-polo hall and a teaching-management area have been built. We supplied a power-monitoring system, an integrated energy-management system and multiple sets of instrumentation equipment.
