Bid Announcement for High-Precision Large-Diameter Standard Calibration Facility
Our company requires a set of high-precision large-diameter flow calibration facility with a diameter range of DN15-1500. We are now conducting an open nationwide bidding process and welcome qualified and capable enterprises to register and submit their bids. I. Technical Requirements The high-precision calibration facility shall be able to simultaneously calibrate flow meters of various diameters, including electromagnetic water meters, electromagnetic flow meters, and ultrasonic water meters. The calibration accuracy shall be able to cover various types of meters with accuracy classes of 0.2, 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0. Degao water flow standard facility. The circulating medium is water. The calibration pipelines are DN40 (compatible with DN32, DN25, DN20, DN15, DN8, DN4); DN50, DN80, DN100 (compatible with DN65), DN150 (compatible with DN125), DN200, DN300 (compatible with DN250), DN600 (compatible with DN400, DN500, DN600, DN700); and DN1000 (compatible with DN800, DN1200, DN1400, DN1500), totaling 10 calibration pipelines. The standard instruments shall use originally imported high-precision electronic scales from Germany and originally imported high-precision electromagnetic flow meters. The system shall be uniformly controlled by a computer, with reasonable arrangement and layout according to calibration needs, automating and programming the calibration process to improve measurement accuracy, and capable of realizing automatic calibration on two lines simultaneously. An integrated two-in-one approach combining the gravimetric method and the master meter method. Master meter method (requires originally imported electronic scales with an accuracy of 1/10000): Uncertainty: 0.2%, k=2 Diameter range: DN4-DN1400 Flow range: (0.025-5000) m³/h Static gravimetric method Uncertainty: 0.06%, k=2 Diameter range: DN4-DN500 Flow range: (0.025-2000) m³/h System Stability Technical Requirements ◇ System pressure fluctuation ≤0.3%. ◇ Flow stability: 0.19%. ◇ Automatic data acquisition, data processing, and printing; automatic valve control and automatic flow regulation. II. Qualification Requirements for Bidding Enterprises The applicant must be a professional manufacturer of large-diameter flow calibration facilities with a manufacturing history of more than 5 years. A copy of the business license and relevant manufacturing qualification documents must be provided. The applicant must have at least three customer cases of high-precision flow calibration facilities (requiring cases with calibration facility diameters above DN1000).
