Overview: This series of intelligent switchgear control devices is a multi-functional, intelligent switch simulation comprehensive dynamic indicator device developed in response to the development of medium-voltage switchgear technology. It is mainly applied to various indoor switchgears with voltage levels of 0.1~40.5 kV. The product centrally indicates primary circuit simulation state, handcart position, isolation switch position, grounding switch position, switch state, and operating mechanism energy storage state. It features high-voltage live indication, live interlock output, automatic heating and dehumidification, real-time digital display of temperature and humidity values with heater fault monitoring, over-temperature alarm with forced heating shutdown, intelligent voice error prevention prompts, infrared human body sensing, online temperature measurement of electrical contacts inside the cabinet, RS485 communication interface, 4~20mA transducer output, and many other functions. It simplifies the switchgear panel design, beautifies the layout, and improves the switch status indication function and safety performance of a new type of electrical device. This series of products has been widely used in many industries such as electric power, chemical, railway, mining, metallurgy, and cement. Technical Features: 1. The main components are all industrial-grade components. 2. The system uses MICROCHIP high-end PIC microcontroller. 3. The temperature at high-voltage electrical contacts is transmitted wirelessly via 2.4G, featuring complete isolation, safety and reliability, and strong anti-interference capability. 4. Switch input and communication interfaces use optocoupler + power isolation, output uses 12V relay isolation. 5. The software adopts redundancy, fault tolerance, digital filtering and other technologies, thereby ensuring high product reliability and long-term stable operation in strong interference and harsh environments. Structural Features: The housing of this series of intelligent switchgear control devices is specially made of special materials with strong anti-interference capability, anti-static and flame-retardant functions, and standard I2C bus structure is used between each chip in the device.
