Overview: The temperature monitoring points of high-voltage electrical equipment are located in environments with high voltage, large current and strong magnetic field, and some monitoring points are even in enclosed spaces. Due to issues such as strong electromagnetic noise, high-voltage insulation, and space constraints, conventional temperature measurement methods cannot solve these problems and therefore cannot be used. The wireless temperature monitoring system independently developed and designed by our company uses radio waves for signal transmission. The sensors are installed on high-voltage equipment with no electrical connection to the receiving devices, fundamentally solving the problem of difficulty in real-time online monitoring of the operating temperature of high-voltage equipment contacts. The wireless temperature monitoring system features high reliability and safety, with relatively low price, and can be directly installed on each high-voltage switch, busbar joint, outdoor disconnector, or transformer. The system is equipped with standard communication interfaces and supports networking. Through the host computer software, the real-time operating temperature data of high-voltage equipment can be recorded, providing accumulated data for high-voltage equipment maintenance and achieving predictive maintenance of high-voltage equipment thermal faults.
